Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise. Consumers resident in the EEA retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence where this is required by EU consumer law.

Intellectual Property

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.

  • Booking and transaction data: Course selections, booking reference numbers, payment confirmation records (note: full payment card data is processed exclusively by our payment service provider and is not stored by Triceps AS);

  • Communications data: The content of messages and correspondence sent to us via email or contact forms;

  • Technical and usage data: IP addresses, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, and time-on-page, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 8);

  • Health and safety data: Where relevant to course participation, emergency contact information or medical information you voluntarily provide. This constitutes sensitive personal data under GDPR Article 9 and is processed only with your explicit consent.

5.2 How We Collect Personal Data

  • Directly from you — when you complete a contact form, register for or enquire about a course, or communicate with us by any means;

  • Booking and transaction records: retained for 5 years following the end of the relevant tax year, in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven);

  • Course participation records (including safety-relevant data): retained for up to 3 years after the last course attended;

  • Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter for compliance documentation;

  • General enquiry data: deleted within 12 months of the last interaction;

  • Website usage/analytics data: retained in anonymised or aggregated form as specified in the cookie settings.

6.1 International Transfers
